Lululemon Sizing FAQ

Does Lululemon run small?▾
Slightly. Women's tops with built-in bras run about half a size small. Leggings (Align, Wunder Under) are more true to size. Men's pieces have a tailored fit — size up if you prefer relaxed.
What size am I in Lululemon?▾
Lululemon uses numeric sizes for women (0-14) and letter sizes for men (S-XL). Measure your bust and waist, then match to their chart. If between sizes, size up for tops and go TTS for leggings.
Are Lululemon Align pants true to size?▾
Aligns are very true to size thanks to the stretchy Nulu fabric. Most people take their regular size. Some prefer sizing down for a more compressive feel, but TTS is the safe bet.
How does Lululemon men's sizing work?▾
Men's uses S/M/L/XL with fairly narrow size ranges (about 2" per size in waist). The fit is athletic and tailored — more fitted than Nike or Champion. Size up for a looser look.
